The group develops recovery procedures and/or quality control measures. It also advises with respect to trade credit insurance.
Acting for the leasing divisions of major banks and finance companies in relation to the enforcement of all forms of finance contracts.
Acting for body corporates and their managers (BCMs) with respect to the recovery of strata levies and in relation to other litigation concerning strata titles.

The group offers its clients an online, real-time reporting system whereby clients have secure access to their matters and status reports.
