Natasha has nearly 20 years' experience in public liability, CTP and product liability claims and in particular, major and catastrophic claims, on behalf of insurers, self-insurers and government departments.
Natasha has represented insurers in dust diseases cases as well a developing specialty in ‘mould law’ affecting home insurers and professional indemnity insurers in the property industry.
She has also provided advice on policy interpretation, privacy issues, and legislative amendments.

Natasha is a defendant personal injury specialist with a particular interest in advocacy and alternative dispute resolution. For example with a major self-insurer, she has achieved a 95% acceptance rate and a 90% settlement rate.
Natasha works closely with insurer claims officers and conducts a quarterly clinic where they can obtain a fresh view on problems and complexities in their files.
