Joanne’s experience includes working in-house as General Counsel of Sydney Catholic Schools (which is comprised of 147 schools, 75,000 students and 11,000 staff). Joanne’s mix of private practice, including private practice Partnership, and in-house experience ensures that she has a unique understanding of her clients’ challenges and pain points, and is well-placed to provide appropriate, accurate and efficient advice.
Having supported clients in the charities, NFP as well as private sectors for over 15 years, Joanne is experienced in not only the technical aspects of creating and running a charity or NFP, but her experience also includes advising and assisting on ancillary matters for charities, NFPs and for-profit clients including the following areas of expertise:
