His experience includes property, construction and property finance-related matters, Greg has placed an additional focus on technology and innovation - and has a wealth of experience gained via a background in information technology and innovation.
Greg has significant experience in the banking and finance sector and has acted on institutional and mid-market transactions for Australia’s major banks, non-bank lenders, real estate funds and corporate borrowers on a bilateral, syndicated and club basis.
Over the years, Greg has acted for all of Australia’s major banks on a range of deals involving age care, retirement villages, aviation, pubs, clubs, pharmacy, health, professional services, property, construction, and transport and logistics sectors, among others.
Greg has successfully assisted several new non-bank lenders to enter the market, having designed unique co-lending and white-labelling structures as well as providing support across all ongoing stages of growth.
