Funda is a Senior Associate in Holman Webb’s General Insurance Group. As part of her role, she is responsible for a portfolio spanning professional indemnity, policy and indemnity issues and public liability and products liability.
Funda separates herself from majority of the lawyers at her level through her unique ability to advise on matters with a genuinely high level of commercial acumen, a skill that often takes decades to properly develop. She takes the time to understand her client’s strategic objectives, keeping in mind that legal spend is always a factor in the insurance industry. Taking into account the high level of experience gained over her three years as a qualified solicitor, Funda’s developing role within the team sees her responsible for mentoring a group of paralegals and junior lawyers, as well as organising and providing training specific to motor vehicle matters.
