Nick joined Holman Webb’s Workplace Relations team as a Partner in 2020 – bringing with him 25 years of practical experience across all areas of workplace, litigation and dispute resolution.
As an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury, Nick has extensive experience in advising and acting for both employers and scheme agents in various compensation schemes, acting in commercial and disputes litigation involving financial services licensees, and in particular - in the mortgage aggregation industry.
He also has extensive experience in advising insurers and AFSL holders concerning the obligations and liabilities of financial planners.
Nick utilises his extensive professional experience and deep knowledge for the benefit of his clients to provide timely, efficient and value for money advice and services.
He is focused and direct at all times, with a view to identifying the best outcome for his clients.
Nick aims to remove roadblocks, rather than create them - even if that means I am not the one giving them the help, but rather I am a referrer.
