Paul is a Senior Associate within Holman Webb’s General Insurance team and maintains a practice predominately focused on professional indemnity, product liability, and policy interpretation public liability claims matters.

Paul has experience with large complex matters, and has most recently developed a strong focus on commercial property claims, retail business insurance, public lability, policy interpretation and indemnity work. These claims often involve construing contractual agreements and advising on indemnity and insurance clauses in commercial agreements, building contracts and leases.

Paul also has experience in relation to claims against insurers under the Civil Liability (Third Party Claims Against Insurers) Act 2017, as well as dual insurance contribution claims against insurers.

Paul has appeared on behalf of his clients in a range of jurisdictions including the Supreme Court of New South Wales; the District Court of New South Wales; the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal along with the corresponding Courts and Tribunals in the Australian Capital Territory and Victoria.
