Ethan works in the Workplace Relations team providing both non contentious commercial advice and representation in contentious litigated matters including termination and disciplinary procedures, employment entitlements, redundancy, employment restraints, discrimination, workplace injury and WHS.
He works for a wide variety of clients from individuals to listed companies across a range of industries including finance, labour hire, building and construction, manufacturing and insurance.
Ethan has extensive experience in drafting employment and contractor agreements, employment policies, and in providing advice on a broad range of subjects related to the workplace.
He has experience litigating in the courts New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia as well as in Commonwealth courts and tribunals.
