In my area of practice I aim to get close to my clients to understand their business priorities and operating culture. With this insight and trust we can operate as the legal people on the team. Relationships are naturally important to me and part of this rapport is to ensure that I am available to my clients whenever they need me.

Industry Experience

In the banking and finance industries I have acted for a number of major lending institutions, overseas banks and private lenders and joint venture lenders. I have prepared documents to evidence and secure large lending facilities and I am conversant with the general commercial and security requirements of banks and private financiers.

For property matters my expertise extends to structuring and documenting commercial property transactions, as well as general conveyancing, land subdivision, strata subdivision and joint ventures.
